Established terms for Fireworks Video Picture Book

We have decided to establish terms for the use of the Fireworks Video Picture Book.
Our activities are supported by supporting organizations, members, and volunteers, and the Fireworks Video Picture Book was intended to be used for non-profit purposes. However, we have come to know of cases where for-profit companies have been using the Fireworks Video Picture Book for business purposes without permission. In addition, the handling of copyright and modifications to the FWE files generated by the Fireworks Video Picture Book was unclear, making it difficult to use.
With the establishment of these terms,
Non-commercial use by individuals or non-commercial organizations: Free and without permission
Commercial use by individuals or non-profit organizations: Permission required
Non-commercial use by commercial organizations: Permission required
Commercial use by commercial organizations: Permission required
Copyright: Owned by our association
Modification: Possible
Redistribution: Allowed(You must state that the FWE file is based on the Fireworks Video Picture Book)
We have made these terms clear.
From now on, you will need to agree to the terms to generate FWE files. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
