Terms of Use Fireworks Video Picture Book
Thank you for using the Fireworks Video Picture Book. These terms stipulate the conditions of use for downloading FWE files from the Fireworks Video Picture Book, a service provided by the Simulation Fireworks Association. FWE files downloaded from Fireworks Video Picture Book can only be used by those who agree to these terms.
1. Definition of terms
"FWE file" refers to an electronic file downloaded from Fireworks Video Picture Book that has the extension fwe or zip.
"User" refers to a person who uses the FWE file.
2. Application of terms
These terms shall apply to all relationships between users and the Association regarding the use of FWE files.
3. Changes to terms
Our association reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice to users when necessary, and users agree to this.
4. Purpose of using FWE files
If an individual or non-profit organization uses FWE files for non-profit purposes, they may do so free of charge and without permission.
When an individual or non-profit organization uses an FWE file for commercial purposes, and when a commercial organization uses an FWE file for commercial or non-commercial purposes, permission from the association is required. In this case, the association will charge a specified usage fee.
5. Intellectual property rights of FWE files
The intellectual property rights of the FWE files remain with us and are the sole responsibility of the user.
6. Modifying and redistributing FWE files
FWE files may be freely modified and redistributed, provided that the modification is for non-commercial purposes by individuals or non-commercial organizations.
In this case, you must state that the FWE file is based on the Fireworks Video Picture Book. However, there is no restriction on how you state this.
7. Regarding damages caused by FWE files
The Association shall not be held liable in any way for any loss or damage suffered by the user as a result of using the FWE file.
8. Prohibited acts
The following actions using FWE files are prohibited:
Actions that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Conduct that causes others to feel obscene, embarrassed, or extremely uncomfortable
Any activity related to criminal activity
When using the Fireworks Video Picture Book, the following actions are prohibited:
Any act that may disrupt the operation of the association
Any action that places a strain on the server or lines by means other than normal use
Using the Fireworks Video Picture Book for fraudulent purposes
Unauthorized access or attempted access
Any other actions that the association deems inappropriate
9. About download logs
The association may collect the following logs and use them to the extent necessary for the association's services.
Number of accesses and downloads for each type of fireworks
10. Disclosure to third parties
Information regarding the download of FWE files will not be provided or disclosed to any third party, except in the following cases:
When disclosure is required by law
11. How to delete FWE files
FWE files generated for downloading will be deleted from the server if a certain period of time has passed since their generation date and cannot be restored.
