[6th Competition] Change the resolution requirements for submitted works

The resolution requirements for submissions to the 6th Simulation Fireworks Competition will be changed as follows.
(Before change) "2160p (4K) (width 3840px * height 2160px)"
↓
(After change) "1080p (Full HD) (width 1920px * height 1080px)"
We are currently preparing to live stream this year's simulation fireworks competition from an external public facility, but due to the facility's internet equipment it will likely not be possible to stream in 4K, so we have decided to change the resolution to Full HD.
Please note that we may ask winners to provide 4K video at a later date. Thank you for your cooperation.
